   The event is open to everyone, you can register here.

2. 👨‍🏫 What is the expected level of quantum computing knowledge for attendees?

   No prior knowledge of QC is required, but surely already having basics of _linear algebra_ make it easy to understand the topics. If you don't already know the axioms of _quantum mechanics_, no problem, we will explain them briefly!

3. 📡 Can I participate remotely or watch recorded sessions if I can't attend in person?

   Sure, the event will also be broadcast and recorded. Further information on remote participation will be given after registration. We strongly encourage in-person attendance for a more exciting experience and greater networking opportunities!. Registered users will be informed via email of the availability of recordings when published."

4. 🎒 What should I bring or prepare before attending the event?

   Your 💻 personal laptop (with 🔌🔋power supply) and a lot of 🔦curiosity. Furthermore, we will send you some material to view before the event, so as to better prepare you for this exciting experience!

5. 👨‍💻 Will there be hands-on sessions?

   Yes, there will be. You can find the introductory materials for these sessions here.

6. 🙋🏻‍♂️ Will there be a Q&A session or a way to ask questions during the event?

   In-presence partecipants can ask questions during the Event at our Speakers. • Online participants cannot interact directly with speakers. If you have a question, you must submit it in the chat. It is permitted to use the microphone and camera upon request in chat and authorization from a moderator.

7. 🎓 Will participating students be awarded CFUs?

   Credits will certainly be awarded to students of degree courses of the University of Palermo listed here. In any case, you will be issued an attendance certificate with which you can request credit recognition from your degree course coordinator.

9. 🛬 How to get to the Venue from the Palermo Airport?

   You have several transportation options:

   • 🚌 the airport buses depart daily between 04:00 - 22:30 at 30-minute intervals (more info here).
   • 🚄 the regional train from the Airport to the Central Station leaves at 30-minute intervals between 05:15 - 00:25 daily.
   • 🚗 you can take the A29 motorway in the direction of Palermo by car.
   • 🚕 taxis are available at the International Arrivals of the Airport.

   If you wish to reach us directly, we suggest you to take the train and get off at the stop 🚏 `Palermo Central`. You will be at 300 meters away from the Event venue.

10. 👥 Can I bring guests or colleagues with me to the event?

    Of course, guests are allowed, but make sure they are also registered for the event as places in-presence are limited.
